What a SWEET day at PBKA! 💛

Today our Dragonfly and Busy Beez 🐝 had their very own bake sale!
The kids got to dress up, pop on some funky bee antlers, and role-play as bakers 🧑‍🍳
Then it was time to buy treats from their friends and enjoy all the yummy goodies 😋

There was more than enough to go around and SO many smiles and giggles today!

Thank you parents for all your support and delicious contributions. You made today extra special! 💛

What a wonderful week of learning about prepositions and opposites!

Despite the cold and wet weather, we stayed nice and cozy indoors with our new heaters and kept busy with so much fun: children's yoga, brain break activities, gross motor movement, music, crafts, and lots of hands-on play.

We also have one more day left with our student teacher Leandra, before we say goodbye. Teacher Leandra from Stadio has been with us for 3 weeks doing her practical teaching. She did her assessment on Friday and did an amazing job! The children have grown so fond of her and are going to miss her so much. We wish her all the best on her teaching journey ❤️

This week’s theme was: Superheroes! ✨🦸‍♀️

We had so much fun learning that superheroes don’t just wear masks and capes.
Superheroes can be our parents, mom and dad, special family members, and our emergency services, doctors and nurses etc.

The children absolutely loved this theme and had the best time exploring it.

We had a fun, active, and creative week as we’ve been practicing for our Sports Day which is happening next week! 🏃‍♀️🏅
