Our Intermediate Phase learners put their mathematical skills to the test with our Math's Project!๐Ÿค–

This hands-on project challenged them to use 2D shapes, fractions, measurement, perimeter, area and time while designing their very own robot. They first created a practice design, refined their ideas, and then brought their mathematical blueprints to life by building 3D robot models using recyclable materials.

It has been wonderful to see their creativity, problem-solving, mathematical thinking and enthusiasm come together in such a fun and practical project. From planning on grid paper to constructing their final robots, our learners have shown that Mathematics really can come to life! ๐ŸŒŸ

We wrapped up our first term of 2026 with a fun and delicious bake sale, beautifully organised by our amazing fundraising moms! ๐Ÿฐโœจ

A heartfelt thank you to all our parents for providing such delicious treats and for contributing so generously to make the day a success. Your support truly made a difference.

A special thank you to our dedicated fundraising team for giving your time so willingly and working so hard to make this event a memorable one. We appreciate you!

We are getting so close to reaching our goal for the new and improved jungle gym. We couldnโ€™t have done it without all of you.

We wish you all a restful and enjoyable break, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back on *13th of April* at the start of Term 2.

At The Walk Academy, we believe movement is a big part of learning. This upgrade isnโ€™t just about play, it helps build essential gross motor skills that support confidence, coordination, and focus in the classroom. ๐Ÿ’š
