MTHASHANA 2ND ANNUAL WOMEN’S CONFERENCE 🌸

Today, Mthashana TVET College successfully hosted its 2nd Annual Women’s Conference at the Vryheid Engineering Campus, bringing together women across the College, external stakeholders, participating students, and valued guests from both the public and private sectors.

The conference provided a meaningful platform to celebrate, empower, inspire and recognise women, while fostering collaboration and sharing purposeful insights that contribute to women’s advancement and success.

We proudly honoured Dr Ngubane, the newly appointed Deputy Principal: Academic Services, who shared an inspiring message and highlighted the importance & purpose of the day.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to the Acting Principal: Mrs Liversage, for her presence and continued support. The programme concluded on a memorable note with the handover of gifts to our distinguished guests, as a token of appreciation for their participation and support.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to making this conference a meaningful and successful celebration of women. 💐

Mthashana TVET College proudly announces the official appointment of Mr. MV Xaba as the Nongoma Campus Manager.

Mr. Xaba has served diligently as the Acting Campus Manager for an extended period, demonstrating exceptional leadership, management, commitment, and dedication to the success of the campus and its students.

Under his leadership, Nongoma Campus has witnessed remarkable achievements, with numerous students successfully completing their studies and progressing to greater opportunities within the TVET sector and beyond.

His appointment is a well-deserved recognition of his outstanding contribution, leadership, and unwavering commitment to student success.

We congratulate Mr. MV Xaba on this significant achievement and wish him continued success in his new role as Campus Manager.

🏆 2026 INTER-CAMPUS BALL GAMES: CELEBRATING SPORT, TEAMWORK & TALENT ⚽🏐🏀

Yesterday, the College’s SSS Office successfully hosted the 2026 Inter-Campus Ball Games @ NRS Sports Ground, bringing together students from across all campuses.

Our students demonstrated exceptional teamwork, sportsmanship, commitment and talent across various sporting codes, including soccer, volleyball and netball. We are proud to announce that a number of talented students have been selected to represent Mthashana TVET College at provincial level.

The College extends its sincere appreciation to College Management and the SSS Department for their continued commitment to creating opportunities that support students’ development beyond the classroom.
