UKUZALA UKUZELULA AMATHAMBO - do we really understand what this actually means?

Let me tell you what it means.

It means giving birth to a child you're extending/expanding/multiplying yourself 😍

Meaning your child is a version of you.

So as you give birth be very vigilant on the type of you, you're bringing into this world.

Whatever that child becomes, it's a version of you.

Instead of crying when they become what you didn't envision, ask yourself "where did I go wrong instead of saying "what's wrong with this child?"

Because whatever the child has become good or bad, that is an aspect of you and nothing else.

Usaya emzini, ukhumbule ke ukuthi uyozandisa la uyakhona and if what you're to your parents is not what you'd want your kids to be, do better now because kids DO WHAT YOU DO AND NOT WHAT YOU SAY 😍

"Umakoti akalali emini emzini uyasihlaza"

Were you also told that?

Well thina abanye siyalala when it is needed and necessary because ekugcineni you're not a robot and when your body needs it, you must allow it to happen.
Otherwise you'll grow resentment, resenting yourself for getting married into that family, resenting your husband for not speaking up for you and resenting the very family you're there to help them heal, grow and love more

So Mina ngisabuza, ngithi "do you know uthunywe ini lapho oyakhona or la utshalwe khona?"

If you don't know and are either resenting your decision or fear making that decision because of what you think might happen, please do come to my office" I will help you navigate that and live your truth πŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒπŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’š

MOSADI OTSWARA THIPA KABOHALENG

Many times we here this particular say when things are tough, or when you're being prepared for marriage.

What you're being told is that you must hold on to your marriage, no matter how hard it is - hold on.

If things go bad, hold on because you're a woman.

I'm sure whoever came up with this saying had very good intentions but just like anything else, if it is not explained properly it does more harm than good.

Today I want to share a perspective that is almost forgotten when we're told this.

It depends who hands is the knife on.

In the hands of a chef, the knife cut vegetables andakes great food
But in the hands of a thief the same knife kills

As you're say this, do you know the type of person carrying the knife?

Nawe ke makoti, do you know which one are you? Because the knife you're carrying will either do more harm or good.

Which one will it be for you?

This is why we do the work we do, to help you know yourself and most importantly how to use the very knife you're carrying to bring harmony, success, wealth and peace in the home you're building or are tasked to build.

Just reach out 😍😍😍😍
