Dear Parents and Guardians,

You are hereby invited to attend a parents’ meeting for a report-back on the Term 1 results. The meeting will be conducted according to the following phases:

Foundation Phase (Grades 1–3)
Time: 10:00 – 11:00

Intermediate Phase (Grades 4–6)
Senior Phase (Grades 7–9)
FET Phase (Grades 10–11)
Time: 12:00 – 13:30

Your presence will be highly appreciated as we discuss your child’s academic progress and important matters concerning the school.
