The big question is: Why are we doing what we are doing? The answer is reflected above.

If we are truly serious about fighting crime, eradicating poverty, and creating a more equitable society, then our actions must be intentional and purpose-driven. We must move beyond rhetoric and demonstrate our commitment through meaningful action.

This requires us to create and support opportunities that empower our people with the skills, resources, and pathways needed to participate productively in the economy and contribute to positive social change. Real transformation occurs when we not only speak about change but actively invest in initiatives that enable individuals and communities to thrive.

Since the phasing out of N1-N6 learners are left wondering as to what’s next. So I’m here to tell you that QCTO has introduced a new curriculum which covers Knowledge, Practicals and Workplace modules. This approach aims at bringing the gap between knowledge, practicals and experience. A learner gets to study and apply what they’ve studied whilst gaining experience.

The future is here……The future is now.
