We underestimate kids......have allloooottttt of both types of kids like these in my dance classes......

We love them all 🥰

Oh yes and when I don't take the younger kids or allow them to do certain moves I am blamed......

Yet I care that is why I wait as long a possible

Why Kids Under 5 Should Limit Bridging in Gymnastics 🚫🤸‍♀️

Bridges may look impressive, but they’re not the best choice for little gymnasts under 5! Here’s why:

🔹 Spinal Safety – Young kids’ spines are still developing, and excessive backbending can put stress on their vertebrae.

🔹 Weak Core & Back Muscles – Without proper strength, kids may compensate with poor form, increasing injury risk.

🔹 Joint Instability – Their flexible joints can lead to overstretching, which may cause long-term issues.

🔹 Neck Compression Risk – Incorrect technique can put unnecessary strain on the neck.

Instead, focus on age-appropriate strength and flexibility exercises to build a solid foundation for safe gymnastics progression! 💪✨

Why would a man not want to dance with a woman.......

Well when real men realize the benefit of them dancing with woman and how good it is they will realize that God created dancing......and I teach men to look like men........no man will be allowed to be confused here.....
