Today we became little bird-feeder builders!🐦‍⬛

We turned toilet rolls, sticky peanut butter and bird seed into tasty treats for our feathered friends. Spreading the peanut butter was tricky and messy, but rolling in the seeds was so much fun.

We hung our feeders in the tree and loved watching the birds come and enjoy their special treats.

In celebration of Ascension Day, our learners attended chapel and learned about Jesus’ ascension into Heaven. They also enjoyed a painting activity where some created colourful crosses and others made handprint art. The empty cross reminds us that Jesus is risen.
