🌌 Are you ready to transition from a student to a scientist?

The NWU Centre for Space Research invites FNAS undergraduate students to participate in Bridging the Gap Between High School and University Science, taking place from 23–27 November 2026.

This intensive one-week programme uses Astronomy as a gateway to equip students with valuable digital, analytical and scientific communication skills that are essential for success in modern science.

🔭 Participants will gain practical experience in:
• Python programming
• Data analysis using real-world astronomy datasets
• Scientific communication using LaTeX
• Collaborative scientific research and presentation skills

🌟 Benefits include:
• Strengthening academic and research capabilities
