Part-Time Administrative Assistant (5-Month Contract)

BRC Training Centre is inviting applications for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for a five (5) month contract period. This position is ideal for individuals who have completed studies in Office Administration and are seeking entry-level work experience in an administrative environment.

Location: BRC Training Centre, 3 Toekoms Street, Upington

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Contract Duration: 5 Months

Starting Date: 1 April 2026

Salary: Entry-level remuneration

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

Handling emails in a professional manner

Managing student administration tasks

Loading learner information accurately onto online systems

Responding to email enquiries and communication with learners

Working with online administration platforms

Maintaining accurate records and data capturing

Using Microsoft Excel for administrative purposes

Following specific organisational procedures and processes

Requirements

Applicants should demonstrate the following:

Qualification or studies completed in Office Administration or a related field

Good communication skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel

Ability to follow structured administrative procedures
