Dear Karate Family

Michael Henn from our White River Dojo, urgently needs our help.

Michael was involved in a horrific traffic accident on 12 June and was rushed to Rob Ferreira Hospital with a severely broken femur and serious knee injuries.

He urgently requires surgery to pin his leg, but unfortunately the hospital’s traction table used for these surgeries is currently out of order, resulting in a waiting list of approximately 6 weeks or longer.

To have the operation done privately, the estimated cost is between R90 000 and R150 000, excluding surgeon fees, pins, and the extensive post-operative physiotherapy he will need to regain full mobility.

We are reaching out to our karate family and community to please assist in any way possible. Every donation, prayer, share, and bit of support will make a difference during this incredibly difficult time.
