Idili works through the Made with Sweden initiative, in collaboration with Sweden’s diplomatic and consular representatives in South Africa. We partner with Swedish companies operating locally to build talent pathways and help address youth unemployment.

We are currently partnering with Atlas Copco Group to recruit Service Engineer Interns for a paid, 18-month internship within its Industrial Technique division. The internship will begin in December 2026 or January 2027.

This is an excellent opportunity for final-year engineering students and recent graduates from your institution, particularly those with practical engineering or engineering technology qualifications, including:

Advanced Diploma in Engineering
Diploma in Engineering
National N Diploma in Engineering
Higher Certificate in Engineering
Qualification in Engineering Technology
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an in-person Recruitment Day on Friday, 30 October 2026, in Boksburg, Gauteng. This will give them an opportunity to move beyond their CVs, demonstrate their capabilities and experience Atlas Copco’s people, workplace and culture.
