🌍 World Cleanup Day

Yesterday, our learners spent the day out in the community, working alongside DSW and eThekwini Municipality to help keep our surroundings clean.

A great day of getting involved, giving back and learning that small actions can make a real difference.

Our 2027 Grade 7 Prefect Interviews went well!

At Canaan College, becoming a prefect is about more than wearing a badge — it’s about identifying learners who demonstrate character, responsibility, integrity and the potential to lead by example.

Through the interview process, our learners are already learning valuable lessons about leadership, accountability, confidence and representing others.
We don’t just prepare learners for the classroom. We prepare them to lead.

Best of luck Boys & Girls 👏

SEPTEMBER IS SU***DE PREVENTION MONTH

At Canaan College, we believe caring for our learners goes beyond the classroom.

Every child deserves a safe space to be heard, supported and understood. Through our school counselling services, learners have access to emotional support and someone they can turn to when they are facing challenges because it is important that they know they are not alone.
