📢 **IMPORTANT NOTICE: GRADE 11 APPLICATIONS FOR 2027**

John Wesley Kosi Bay Private School would like to inform parents and guardians that **Grade 11 applications for the 2027 academic year will only be considered under exceptional and compelling circumstances**.

Such circumstances may include:

• Parents or guardians relocating due to work commitments.
• The family member or caregiver with whom the learner was staying has passed away.
• The learner is experiencing abuse or an unsafe living situation.
• Any other serious circumstances that require special consideration.

📌 **All Grade 11 applications under these conditions will be referred directly to the Principal’s Office for consideration and a final decision.**

Parents and guardians are advised to provide relevant information and supporting documentation where necessary.
