Muir College is a traditional boys' school established in 1822, making it the oldest boys school in South Africa.

Earlier this month, on 4 August 2026, our Peer Promoters, in collaboration with the SANBS, held their third Blood Drive for 2026. This also marked the last blood drive hosted by Muir for 2026.
The team concluded the day with 76 units donated in total, an increase from the 72 units in Term 2.
Well done, Gents, and thank you to each and every Muirite who decided to donate. Truly Nec Pluribus Impar.
