What would you do if you felt just 10% braver today?
Would you speak up, take that first step, have the conversation you’ve been putting off, or finally give yourself permission to try something new?

Sometimes, courage isn’t about making a huge leap. It’s about doing one small thing differently, even when it feels a little uncomfortable.

You don’t have to feel 100% ready to begin. Sometimes, 10% more courage is all you need to take that first step.

Behind the scenes - best thing about the work I do, is I can travel and still show up for my clients.

So balancing some coaching and training sessions, between celebrating my handsome Step-Son marrying my beautiful daughter in-law, speaking at an event live on Saturday and celebrating my 14th year wedding anniversary today...

Memories are made and some work continues.. even if not at my desk.

𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲'𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭.

Because people don't buy from you just because you have a great pitch.
They buy when they trust you.

And trust starts when we stop trying so hard to convince someone… and start trying to understand them.

Ask better questions.
Really listen to the answers.
Understand the problem before jumping in with the solution.

I have always believed that great sales is not about being pushy or persuasive.

It's about communication, connection and trust.
And when the trust is there, the sale becomes a whole lot easier.
