Silverback Mixed Martial Arts is based in Parklands, Cape Town. Mixed martial arts is a mixture of grappling, stand-up, take-down and ground & pound! Our training classes include BJJ, K1/ Muay Thai, Boxing and MMA training. We spar (practice fighting) at least 3 times a week.
