📚 A Gentle Reminder to Parents

Parents, please be mindful when signing your child out during school hours.

Every minute of the school day is valuable, and when learners leave early, they miss important teaching, learning and academic activities.

Valid reasons, such as doctors’ or specialist appointments, are understandable and will be accommodated.

However, signing a learner out early because they are feeling tired, going shopping, running errands, or for other non-essential reasons is not considered acceptable.

Let’s work together to ensure that our learners remain at school for the full academic day and make the most of every opportunity to learn. Their education matters! 📚💙

Your days are filled with phone calls, emails, paperwork, planning, problem-solving and a thousand little things that keep everything running smoothly. But beyond all that, you bring kindness, patience, warmth and a helping hand to everyone who walks through our doors.

You are often the first friendly face people see and the person who somehow always knows what needs to be done. Your dedication, organisation and willingness to go the extra mile make a difference every single day.
