Teacher Yashica journey from Volunteer to Teacher

Every journey begins with single step, and her journey started as a volunteer in August 2022.

She joined the school with passion for working with children and a desire to make a differences in their lives. As a volunteer she eagerly assistant wherever she could.

This year she took her first class and yesterday she finished a 6 month training in the Early Learning Program that is offered by Masikhule

Teacher Yashica wrote:

Today 6 years ago Covenant ECD was born in the hearts of our courageous Principal Chrizell Strangman with the support of her husband George Strangman .

She started a nanny service in her own home and today Covenant ECD has grown so much from nanny service to Early Childhood Development Center and Primary school.

Principal Chrizell Nicolene Strangman wrote

"We have faced many challenges in the 6 years, but nobody told me that it would be easy, but God has brought us so far. I don't think He would have brought us this far to leave us.'

May God grant Covenant ECD the desire of their hearts according to His will and plan for our centre.

↘️ 2026 our first parent class representative were selected.

The journey is still long, and sometimes it is not easy, but we don't loose hope we keep holding on.
