Hey everyone! We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to assist with the Science Games Night! 👇 Please see the attached list of roles available.
Here’s what volunteering involves:
🎯 *Game Facilitation* – Each volunteer will choose which game(s) they’d like to facilitate and explain the rules to contestants. A facilitation manual and supplementary videos will be sent to you in advance so you’re fully prepared!
📊 *Score & Team Management* – Volunteers will assist with tracking team points, checking the number of teams and ensuring fair play and good conduct throughout.
👀 *Team Observer/MVP Spotter* – A dedicated volunteer will be assigned to monitor team dynamics and identify standout players for special awards including:
• MVP
• Best Dressed
• Best Sportsmanship
• Best Team Player
📽️ We will also have a PowerPoint display running throughout the night showing the current round, game names, teams progressing and teams eliminated — keeping everyone hyped and in the loop!
