Post leg workout endorphins, best thing about hitting quads on a Monday... The rest of the week is great, crippled but great.
Working a larger muscle group after a weekend of resting and recovering, maybe cheating on the diet๐, makes very good use of the filled glycogen stores, getting you back quicker into a calorie deficit to ultimately keep you burning fat as main fuel source.

Then you need to practice patience, as nothing worth having or achieving is going to happen over night, it takes time.
