Post leg workout endorphins, best thing about hitting quads on a Monday... The rest of the week is great, crippled but great.

Working a larger muscle group after a weekend of resting and recovering, maybe cheating on the diet๐Ÿ˜‰, makes very good use of the filled glycogen stores, getting you back quicker into a calorie deficit to ultimately keep you burning fat as main fuel source.
