𝓃𝒾𝓃𝒶 's photos from streetart excursion last Saturday
Some of the PJO Grade 11s explored how street art, history and identity intersect on Saturday — from monuments to murals, seeing, thinking, questioning...
Thank you to Alistair Tite and Kate Crane Briggs of https://cultureconnectsa.com/ for a memorable walkabout through Cape Town's CBD - from District 6 to the Company Gardens.
Also, a special thank you to Frances Ward, who generously allowed us to view the HUB Gallery / Spier Arts Trust
This was a wonderful surprise along our walk, where we looked at .Keith 's 'Murmuration' exhibition, the impressive Mosaic workshop and the rest of their creative spaces!
Super Inspiring connections between Design and Visual Arts.

Art Centres exist to help kids explore their creativity outside the box of conventional thinking, to see the world through new vantage points.
But when it comes to school terms and starting dates, we're very much in the same box as everyone else.
PJ Olivier is officially back in class on 8 April! See you all tomorrow.
