Unfortunately, the CCS informed me that they have closed the conference for any person not presenting a paper, due to the fact that too many people wanted to attend. So that has several implications: 1) There will not be class tomorrow, as I have to attend the afternoon panel. 2) They have a public event next week Monday from 17:00 – 19:00. I mailed all of you an invitation. The event will wrap up the conference and summarise the most important points. As it is in Cape Town, I can get a car from the University and we can go as a class? I will drop you at the University after we get back from Cape Town. Please let me know who would be interested in going to this event, and I will make the arrangements.

There is a talk at the ISS on Thursday afternoon that I need to attend for my research. But this will be in the slot of the class. As a result, we need to move the class. I propose two options: Option one: Thursday morning from 10:00 – 12:00, Friday afternoon from 14:00 – 16:00.
