DWK ended the year on a joyful high note.
The children delighted us all by showcasing their performance skills during the concert, A Jolly Christmas Train.
In the days leading up to Father Christmas’ visit, there was great excitement as little hands decorated the Christmas tree in eager anticipation.
When the big day finally arrived, the children decided that Father Christmas simply had to be treated to a special performance of their concert songs—and what a lucky guest he was! 🎶🎄
As we look back on the year that has passed, we are filled with gratitude for all the special moments, growth, laughter, and memories shared. It has been a wonderful year, and we are so thankful to our children and families for being part of the DWK journey.
We wish everyone a happy and healthy Christmas filled with love, rest, and joy.

Daisy the Dinosaur made a surprise visit to DWK today, and the children were thrilled! From big roars to hands-on activities, they loved every moment of the interactive dino show.🦖 Thank you, DASH Kids!

Happy days at De Wijnlanden Kids! Playtime is the best time to practise social skills. Whether they’re sharing toys, taking turns, or coming up with wild ideas together, the children are learning how to be great friends while having loads of fun. 🌼

We had a wildly fun time learning about the animals we find in South Africa! 🦁🐘 From toy animal play to creating beautiful art, the children loved every moment.

We discovered a small bug on the path. The children crowded around, and the tiny bug became the star of the day, holding up all the ‘traffic’ as it made its way forward.

🐞🕷️ Insect and Spider Week was a big hit at school! The children had so much fun learning about different insects and discovering how spiders are different from them. The highlight of the week was getting to study a real, live spider up close through a magnifying glass — such an exciting hands-on experience!

Crazy hair day alert! The perfect way to end a busy week.

The third term is in full swing at De Wijnlanden Kids and all the children are busy creating, exploring and learning in a fun and age-appropriate way. Transportation and road safety week was a big hit and all our children had a blast being little cars!
