A huge congratulations to our Devon Valley Primary School Under 13 Girls Chess Team for being crowned Cape Winelands Top Schools Champions!

The girls displayed outstanding focus, determination, and teamwork throughout six challenging rounds to secure 1st place, earning gold medals and qualifying to represent the Cape Winelands at the Western Cape Top Schools Championships on 5–6 September 2026.

Ons hartlike medelye gaan uit na haar familie, vriende en almal wat haar geken en liefgehad het. Hou hulle asseblief in julle gedagtes en gebede gedurende hierdie moeilike tyd. Mag God hulle omring met Sy liefde, vertroosting, krag en vrede.
