Janine arrived at Pause not knowing exactly what she was looking for. She left knowing.
“The floral art became secondary and compassion for one another became primary. From this experience we will all bloom into better people whilst dancing through the meadows of life.” — , Pause Graduate · Durban
This keeps happening. People come for the floristry. They leave with something bigger. A sense of what they want their creative life to look like. New friendships. A confidence they didn’t know was waiting to be found.
If you’ve been sitting on the fence about June — this is your sign.

“Even the table is part of the teaching.”
Every day at Pause, we eat around a beautifully styled table. The way we set it, the flowers on it, the conversation around it - it’s all intentional. Because the best florists notice how beauty lives in the everyday. Not just in arrangements, but in how a table feels when you sit down at it. Curated lunches included. Every day. All three days. This is the kind of detail we obsess over - so you experience it, not just learn it.
