Thokozani Day Care Center – Emergency Meeting Minutes

1. Opening

The meeting was opened with a prayer led by Miss Zibi.

2. Staff Introduction

Principal: Sinalo Zibi

Cook: Nokwaiyo Kuthala

Grade R Teacher: Rachael Lebepe

Grade 1–3 Teacher: Sinalo Zibi-

Security: Xhaka Mazuzu

Two new interns were introduced, who will assist staff with daily duties.

Teacher Ntombi Mototo is no longer with our organisation due to reasons that can not be disclosed.

3. Graduation Prices

Non-Graduates: R550

Includes: Class photo, cup, key holder, food & refreshments, school fees.

Graduates: R800

Includes: Class photo, cup, key holder, food & refreshments, school fees, certificate, graduation gown.

4. Graduation Event

This year’s graduation will be held at Thokozani Day Care Center, 3818 Grape Street, Braam Fischerville, Soweto.

Parents and the broader community are invited to attend.

Food will be available for sale at the venue.

5. Closing

The meeting was closed with a prayer by Mr. Simphiwe Ngcobo, who also thanked parents for attending.
