Dear Parents/Guardian

The Minister of Education Mrs. Angie Motahega announced that Sunday 06 February 2022 that all learners are required to return to their schools in 100% full capacity. Furthermore, she explained that rotational timetables are Cancelled. On Monday 14th February 2022 ALL THE GRADE 7 AND 8 learners are required to return to school. The GRADE 9s will report on Tuesday 15th February 2022.

Dear parents/guardians
This is to inform you about the new amendments for Grade 7, 8 &9 for daily attendance.
All Grade 7 are expected to attend Monday to Friday.
The Grade 8 are grouped into 2 groups namely group 1 and group 2 and they will be attending rotational.
The Grade 9 are grouped into 2 groups namely group 1 and group 2 and they will be attending rotational.
Please ensure that your child arrives at school on time and wearing the correct school uniform. School starts at 07H45 while teaching and learning follows at 08H00.

Online applications for grade 8 will open from August 2021after the announcement by the MEC Mr. Panyaza Lesufi on Sunday 01 August 2021. Admission for grade 8 is not automatic, you have to apply even if your child is attending at Funekile Secondary School where there is grade 8.
