Venture Forth, based in Cape Town, South Africa since 1994, is a specialist adventure operator working in the fields of mountain and adventure guiding, outdoor adventure education and training of adventure guides. We were one of the pioneering companies in adventure guiding in South Africa, specifically in mountain guiding, and were out there guiding as a full-time profession long before most of t
he other operators in the country. We are specifically involved in outdoor adventure education and youth leadership development through adventure, and this is now one of our main activities along with accredited adventure guide training. As part of Adventure Qualifications Network, a CATHSSETA accredited training provider for adventure guides and have been training legal, highly skilled, adventure guides in South Africa since 2001. We are the largest and most experienced adventure guide training school in Africa and most legally compliant and registered adventure guides in South Africa was trained by us. We have a construction division specialising in the construction of climbing walls, ropes courses and similar projects and have built many of these across South Africa.
