🎨 Remembering Portchie 🎨

We were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of renowned South African artist, Portchie, whose colourful artworks brought joy and inspiration to so many. His vibrant style, love of life, and passion for creativity touched hearts across South Africa and beyond.

Two years ago, our learners had the incredible privilege of participating in a Portchie Art Competition and meeting the artist himself. It was a special experience that many of them will always treasure.

We are grateful for the opportunity our learners had to engage with such a remarkable creative spirit. Through his art, Portchie encouraged us to see beauty, colour, and joy in the world around us.

Our sincere condolences go to his family, friends, and all who were inspired by his work.

Thank you, Portchie, for sharing your gift with the world. Your legacy will live on through the countless lives you touched and the beauty you created. 🌻🖌️💙

The very first blankets for our Primary School Mandela Day “67 Minutes – A Winter of Warmth” Blanket Drive have been received, and we are so excited to see our school community spreading kindness, one blanket at a time.

A huge thank you for contributing to helping others stay warm this winter. Together, we are teaching our children that even the smallest act of kindness can make a big difference.

✨ Reminder: Every child who donates a blanket will enjoy a special Pajama Day on Monday, 22 June! ✨

A heartfelt thank you for your wonderful hospitality, warm welcome and sportsmanship throughout the day. Our learners thoroughly enjoyed the experience and we truly appreciate the effort that went into hosting such a lovely event.
