If you aren't failing, you aren't growing.

Every master was once a beginner who refused to quit.When things don’t go according to plan, it’s easy to feel like you’ve hit a wall.
But the truth is, every single mistake is just a course correction.

It tells you exactly what not to do next time.True growth doesn't happen when everything goes smoothly. It happens in the iteration.
Try. Gain the courage to start.
Fail. Gain the data on what needs to change.
Try again. Apply the lesson and evolve.

That final equation always equals learning.
Stop viewing failure as a stop sign.
Start viewing it as the blueprint for your next breakthrough.

When young people realise they can learn, everything changes.

This week we celebrated the Young Bafana boys who completed their 6-month Computer Basics course at the Computer Lab. We are incredibly proud of their hard work and commitment.

A special thank you to the parents who showed up to support their children — your presence matters. We hope to see even more parents at future events.

And thank you to Young Bafana Academy for giving iSimplifi and the coaches the opportunity to invest in these boys’ digital future.

The biggest productivity mistake trainers make isn't what they teach. It's what they don't realise they're teaching.

Every day I see people struggle with tasks I've been doing for years without thinking.

Closing browser tabs.
Finding files.
Using shortcuts.
Managing Outlook.
Building PowerPoint slides.

To us, it's automatic.

To someone else, it's a breakthrough.

Don't assume people know what you know. Teach deliberately what you do instinctively.
