I have a hard time making a sentence In French.

Making a sentence In French may not be your first goal. You may want to speak fluently, make friends, read the French menu in the restaurant as if you cooked it.
Be chic.
It is the idea that it is OK to “sound like a child”, that there is no such thing as a sentence that is “too simple”, that there is no need to rush when you speak.
This shift alone will help your experience with French.
Some people are still “trying to speak, after years and years of courtship, they are still not committed to speaking the language.
What you should do instead, is to start speaking from day 1, as soon as you know some words and verbs. Start building your confidence and don’t try to make long, sophisticated sentences. Start with simple and short phrases – your focus should be on clear communication, and you will be ok.
