On the eve of starting my 25th year of Moms and Tots, I sit and reflect how truly blessed I am to have a job I enjoy so much.
How lucky I have been to be able to schedule classes according to family responsibility and routines as needed.
And tonight I am grateful to each Mom, Granny, Dad, Caregiver, Au Pair and of course every gorgeous child who has crossed my path. Thank you for enriching my life. I have learnt so much from all of you and have just enjoyed each person and child who has come through the door.
Thank you for 25 years of support and love . I have loved every minute and look forward now to what 2026 has in store for me.

Today we celebrate the beautiful tapestry of cultures, traditions, and stories that make South Africa so vibrant, and our little community so special. From lullabies passed down through generations to the way we dance, dress, and share meals, our heritage lives in the everyday moments we create with our children.

Let’s honour our roots, embrace our differences, and raise tiny humans who grow up proud of where they come from and curious about the world around them. Whether you’re wearing your colours, cooking something traditional, or simply sharing a story, today is about connection, celebration, and love.

Mandela Day Magic for Minis & Mamas. This Mandela Day, let’s turn tiny hands into mighty hearts.

In honour of Madiba’s 67 years of service, we’re spending 67 minutes with our little ones spreading kindness, joy, and love.

Ideas for Moms & Tots:
- Make cheerful cards for elderly neighbours or hospital patients.
- Bake sweet treats together and deliver them to a local shelter.
- Read a story to younger siblings or friends at crèche.
- Plant a flower or veggie in your garden to grow hope.
- Donate gently loved toys and clothes to children in need.
