Somerset West School of Preaching

Spreading the Word of God by training future preachers. Each term is 12 weeks, with a two to three week break in between each term.

Every year, classes start the first week of February and run to the end of November or the first week of December. During Terms 1 & 3, subjects are taught for a total of 24 hours per subject. In Term 2, six courses are offered and consist of 12 hours of instruction each. During this time one subject is dealt with every two weeks, as this class is taught for six consecutive class periods and is supported by American visitors who are here for two weeks at a time.
