Please find our Winter Classes timetable for this week attached.

Kindly note that the timetable is slightly adjusted due to our winter programme and because Mr GBG is currently attending winter classes at Somkhahlekwa CH. As a result, some class times have been rearranged to ensure that all learners continue receiving quality lessons with minimal disruption.

From Small Steps to Big Achievements

Dear Parents/Guardians,

As we approach the end of the school term and schools prepare to close, we would like to inform you that Dilate Tutoring Program will take a short break during the holiday period and resume with Winter Classes from 6 July.

These winter classes are extremely important as they will focus on preparing learners for the final examinations. We would like to place special emphasis on Grade 9 learners, who have a demanding term ahead. Apart from their normal academic workload and Annual Teaching Plan (ATP) requirements, they will also be expected to complete their GEC Project. This means that there is a lot of work that needs to be covered to ensure they remain on track.

We therefore encourage parents not to allow learners to become too relaxed during the school holidays. Consistent effort today leads to better results tomorrow, and a strong academic foundation creates greater opportunities for the future.

We kindly request that parents confirm whether their child will be attending the Winter Classes. Please note that, since schools will be closed, our class schedule will change from the usual afternoon sessions to morning sessions starting at 10h00. Two grades will be accommodated per day according to the timetable that will be shared.
