Listening this sound just affirms the direction my journeyis taking. My inner child is crying from for the cage to be opened. It's long overdue and it is time to acknowledge that she has been silently travelling with me all this while. I Am Becoming and it may be one of the hardest things I've ever had to do but it is a journey defined. Bomakgolo le Borakgolo have shown up and I'm bound to choose to open the door and my heart to them. It's no longer about everyone else,what others think or what they want me to do but what I've known all along. I've known all along that ke ngwana wa Badimo. Today marks 14 days since I've decided to take control of ✊my habits and one of them being smoking. It's been tough because I've been smoking for such a long time I don't even know what life is without a cigarette pack in my purse. However I realised that I wanted a better life,better health and better relationships. I couldn't build those with these old habits coz then it meant mentally I have not transformed. My past hurts and pain played a very big role in my addictions and habits. So first thing was to steer clear of the pain(acknowledge it),deal with it and understand myself for going through that. 🌸🌸. Secondly I had to give myself enough reasons of undergoing this process. If you are going through this,know that you are not alone.
