Comment “MIDLINE” to find out why Crossing the Midline is one of the most important foundational areas to build when a child is young.

Crossing the midline is important because activities that require cross lateral movement form connections between the right and left sides of the brain. Midline crossing activities can help kids who struggle with several of the following:

📖Reading across the page
📖Writing across the page
📖Attention and focus
📖Following conversations and directions

Midline crossing activities can make learning easier and automatic so the child doesn’t have to struggle or become frustrated because certain skills aren’t coming naturally to them.

One boy Ethan experienced something similar. Find out his story and how these midline crossing activities helped him in the classroom by commenting “MIDLINE” and we’ll send you the link.

Celebrating woman was so wonderful at our Created to Bloom Women's event.

Ephesians 2:10 reminds us:
"For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."

What a beautiful reminder that each one of us has been intentionally created by God. We are His masterpiece, uniquely designed with gifts, purpose, and a calling. Just as every flower blooms differently, each of us reflects God's beauty in our own unique way.

Comment “CONTROL” to learn the signs of poor postural strength…

Laying on the desk is a sign of a child who may have poor postural strength. Kids who tend to have weak core muscles may also have trouble holding up their torso for tasks that usually come naturally to others.

If a child needs help developing postural strength, you may often find them doing the following:

😒Laying on their desk
😒Placing head on desk while writing notes on paper
😒Uncoordinated
😒Falls frequently or appears clumsy
😒Fidgets or struggles to attend

Children who need help improving their postural strength can do a number of activities that can support this area of learning. To check out activities and suggestions to strengthen a child’s core and posture, comment “CONTROL” and we’ll send you the link.
