I’m Lili, a dedicated Portuguese language teacher, and I’m excited to help you on your journey to mastering European (Continental) Portuguese. I currently have openings for both private and group lessons (for couples or small groups), with flexible scheduling twice a week. My slots fill up quickly, so don’t wait to secure your spot!

Lesson Details
Format: Online via Google Meet or Teams (private or group options).
Duration: Each lesson lasts 45 minutes, with a recommendation of at least 2 lessons per week for steady progress.
Packages: Available in sets of 10 or more lessons, with all materials provided before and during your classes.

Olá!
Things have started to get really busy and at the moment I have a gap for a group (couple or more students) which I am available to teach, twice a week. Unfortunately I am not going to be taking on any more students for a while, unless if someone happens to quit, which doesn't happen often. I have 5 students writing in May, by when I might get more gaps but until then this is my only availability.

Our course covers all levels — from absolute beginner right up to the very advanced levels, It focuses on self-study, and we often do preparation for your CAPLE exams.
Here are the three main things that’ll get you from beginner to confident speaker.
1. Continually work on your main skills (reading, writing, listening, grammar, and speaking).
2. Give extra attention to listening and speaking (two challenging aspects of the language.
3. Continue working and go up the levels, ideally up to B2
Why Online?
• All you need is a laptop and an internet connection.
• Learn from wherever you’d like, where you feel the most comfortable, and wherever you are in the world.
• Save time and money, avoid the hassles of commuting to and from class, and risking your health, we are living through a pandemic (or two – Monkey Pox!) and we must try to remain safe, and by doing so, we will be saving lives.
• Flexible schedules
• Access to learning materials/resources
• You will get support from our teachers, and individual needs will be tended to.
We offer packages of 10, or more online lesson, which will be conducted by a private teacher. We will work with you in order to set up a schedule, each lesson will last 45-50 minutes, and we recommend that you have at least 2 lessons a week so you can make good progress. Before and during your classes, our teachers will send you all the materials that you need.
Learning a language takes time, because you have to experience different situations, feelings, moods, accents, and obviously, different ways of expression. The good news are that nothing is impossible, and if you commit, your goals will be achieved in no time. Start now, don’t overthinking it, you got this!

I am very excited to announce that I am preparing group classes for beginners and intermediate students, with lessons being held in the evenings of Tuesdays and Thursdays at 19:00! I have availability for a few more students to join! These lessons are a great way to boost your skills and are affordable which will help you get started. I am aiming to start between the middle of July - once the 8 remaining slots have been filled. The starting date will be announced shortly.

For this lesson I charge only R125 per student, invoiced at the beginning of each month which is fantastic value for money!

The course is 4 months and will get you to a basic Portuguese conversational level! After these four months we will move on to intermediate content with students who wish to expand their skills.

Should you be interested in these classes please let me know as soon as possible as we already have some students waiting!
