Getsea Skippers Training Practical Skippers Training Our team of trainers is certified by SAMSA and offer hands-on training in both theory and practical aspects.

If you want to be a master of the sea, get your surf launch certification or get your inland waters skippers ticket we are here to help! Getsea Skippers Training has been in the skipper training business for 25 years and has assisted hundreds of students to get their accreditation. We are based in Shelly Beach and operate from the Sonny Evans Small Craft Harbour. Our theory training takes place at

a dedicated training facility in shelly beach, close to the launch site. Our training vessel "What Now" is a legendary 15ft Acecraft powered by two 40HP Yamaha two strokes. This boat is ideal for students and provides a comfortable platform to learn the techniques for surf launching or inland water navigation with our experienced instructors.
