Baby Massage Cape Town Baby Massage promotes nurturing touch Baby massage classes run for 5 weeks of 1-1.5hours per class. Weekend classes are available for working Moms and Dads.

Aged from birth to 1 year and up to 7 years for children with special needs. Group classes will have a maximum of 5 parents & babies per class
Individual classes are available. Classes are a great way to meet people and learn the massage techniques with other parents and the strokes are easier to grasp when demonstrated by an experienced instructor. We teach a little at a time to ensure that every parent joining the class will leave with confidence. You will learn about:
The correct pressure
The rhythm
Respect
The length of massage
Eye-contact
and bonding

You will learn how to tune into your baby’s needs and how to read your baby’s body language to make sure that the massage experienced is both loving and relaxing.
