Educational Tour Payment Reminder.

Dear Parents/Guardians

We would like to thank all parents/guardians who have already made payments towards the upcoming Educational Tour.

Please take note of the following important payment arrangements:

•Parents/guardians who have already paid the deposit are kindly requested to ensure that their outstanding balance is paid in full by 27 August 2026.

•Parents/guardians who have not yet made the required payment are reminded to do so before the closing date of 27 August 2026.

•Please ensure that all payments are made within the stipulated period to allow the school to finalise the necessary arrangements for the tour.

We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to the payment deadline, as the school needs to finalise the number of learners attending and make the necessary arrangements with the service providers.

🎓🚌 Educational Tour to Johannesburg 🏙️

Charon Primary School is excited to announce an Educational Tour to Johannesburg for Grade 4–7 learners on 2 September 2026.

📍 Sci-Bono Discovery Centre
📍 SAA Museum
📍 WITS Digital Dome
📍 SABC Studios
📍 Johannesburg Zoo

💰 Cost: R900 per learner
✅ Includes transportation and entrance fees.

📢 A parent meeting will be called to discuss further information regarding the tour. Details of the meeting will be communicated in due course.

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Please be informed that all Grade 1A learners are required to attend school from Friday, 19 June 2026 to Thursday, 25 June 2026 in order to complete their assessments.

This arrangement is necessary as the Grade 1A teacher is currently on sick leave until the end of the term.

⏰ Normal School Hours: 07:30 – 12:00

Your cooperation in ensuring that your child attends school every day during this period will be greatly appreciated.
