Kindly take note of the following:

1. Be informed that tomorrow is Spring day, therefore all learners are encouraged to wear colorful attire to school. There is no charge for participating.

2. Parents are requested to ensure that learners come to school regularly since they have started with formal tasks.

3. Lastly, be informed that the Grade 7 Farewell will take place this coming Friday (04 September 2026). All other logistics around the event will be shared with grade 7 parents in due course.

NB: Kindly note that the Grade R–6 learners will have a normal school day on Friday (04 September 2026) and are expected to attend school as usual.

RE: TRIP PAYMENT AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We would like to inform all parents and guardians that the Foundation Phase (Grade 1–3)and inter-sen Phase (Grade 4–7)trips are now full.

Parents and guardians are kindly requested to ensure that the remaining balance (those who paid the deposit) for the trip is paid on or before Friday, 04 September 2026.

Please take note of the following important dates:

Grade R: The trip date is not yet confirmed due to slow payments. We will communicate the confirmed date as soon we have reached the expected number (60).

Foundation Phase (Grade 1-3) 17 September 2026

Intersen Phase (Grade 4–7) 16–18 September 2026
NB: Departure time & venue will be shared in due course.
Learners will receive consent forms on 04 September 2026. Parents and guardians are requested to complete and return the forms to the school by 08 September 2026.

Additionally, please note that the Intersen Phase trip has only 15 spaces remaining. If your child is interested in undertaking the school trip and has not yet secured a spot, please do so as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Important Reminder: Grade R School Trip and Graduation Payment

We would like to remind all Grade R parents/guardians to please ensure that the required payment for the Grade R school trip is made on or before 04 September 2026

Please take note that should payment not be received by 04 September, the Grade R school trip will automatically be cancelled.This deadline is necessary to allow the school sufficient time to finalise arrangements and logistics with the relevant service providers.

We would also like to remind parents/guardians to make payment for Grade R Graduation (R320,00) as soon (end of August) as possible. Your prompt payment will assist us in preparing and securing all the necessary arrangements and logistics to ensure that our Grade R learners have a memorable and special graduation celebration.

1. On 06 August 2026 All Foundation Phase learners (Grades R-3) will knock off at 11:00 due to a PSF meeting for teachers in Bloemhof.

2. Parents/guardians are kindly reminded to pay for the Foundation Phase school trip. Thus far, we have 18 spaces available for grade 1-3 school trip.
