They say change is the only constant and those who easily adapt to change will always lead the pack.

We have had an exciting change that we have had to adapt to. We have lost admin access to this page. What this means is that we are unable to fully enagage with you on this page. However, this is an exciting new opportunity to re-create our club identity in a new space and use that new identity to draw you in to the most exciting club in District 74.

The biggest blessings in life are often hidden in the chaos and confusion of the storm. When we have learnt to navigate the chaos and confusion, we find clarity and direction thats leads to empowerment, new growth and new experiences.

Put Yourself Out There

2022 at the Bryanston Breakfast Club is all about putting yourself out there. Pushing yourself to realise all the achievements you wanted for yourself.

One of the ways we suggest putting yourself out there is by first learning how to take that first step. No need to commit to seeing that process through, just take that first step towards improving your communication skills, to overcoming your fears, to working towards your goal. Just one step is enough. Once you’ve taken it, then focus on taking the next step.

You put yourself out there by taking that first step. Record that video, start that podcast, speak to someone new. Just take that one step and watch what happens next.

We want to help you take that first step in finding your confidence to become a more confident communicator. One who is able to communicate their ideas clearly without being held back by the fear and the insecurities. If you’re ready, take that first step and join us at our next meeting.

Speech fear is an actual thing. We make the mistake of underplaying it. The great thing is that you can take control of your speaking fear, anxiety & insecurities. As long as fear is driving the conversation you’re never going to be able to shift gears and share your message with the people who need to hear your message…
