The Best Me was created by Sinenhlanhla Mkhize, a young South African female who discovered her passion for assisting others in ensuring follow-through in their fitness/health and lifestyle goals. Too often does one wake up in the morning with a spark to change their life but within less than a month that motivation to eat appropriately/workout or self improve fizzles out and eventually dies. s the ultimate disservice to oneself to have motivation and drive but a lack of patience and determination to see the goal through to its realisation. Sinenhlanhla herself has faced this battle, specifically with her personal weightloss journey. In the past 4 years, just like most people,she rode the motivation rollercoaster, up and and down, in and out of reaching her weightloss goals. Often starting over, losing weight and gaining it back, losing it and gaining it all back again. The stop-start cycle would never end constantly being guided by stages in her emotions and her weight followed every happiness or depression she felt. As the years went by it was very clear that she was starting to become a motivation to other young South Africans in her circle and social networks. With a higher number of reach and people asking her for advice, Sinenhlanhla decided to start The Best Me. TBM is designed to motivate people who are ready to start a new life and those who are ready to stay in that mode of motivation, inspiration, drive, persistence and resilience and determination until their goals are reached. TBM provides not only information, tips, motivation and advice it is also a platform for people to openly share their stories of triumph and defeat and to walk the journey of healthy living with like-minded people...
