At Wray Castle Africa, we believe the future of telecommunications cannot be built without women at the centre of it.

We celebrate the women who were bold enough to take the opportunities that existed before the pathways were clear.
The pioneers who entered telecommunications when few women were visible in technical roles. The engineers who proved that technical excellence has no gender. The leaders who opened doors for others.
And the emerging generation of women who are looking at 5G, AI, 6G, cloud, cybersecurity and intelligent networks and saying:
