Our focus is on finding and training the people that will give companies the competitive advantage to serve

their customers more effectively. i-Fundi was the first to start learnerships in the contact centre industry. Learnerships are an innovative combination of classroom and workplace based learning, that contributes to continuous professional development and introduces talented individuals into the workplace. In the process, over 7000 learners have found work through i-Fundi. We won a Services Sectoral Education & Training Authority prize for being the best implementer of learnerships. More recently, we received a national award from BPeSA the business process outsourcing industry association for our i-FundiWorx methodology. Our i-FundiWorx methodology ensures that whatever is taught in the classroom is applied in the workplace, which leads to clearly measurable performance improvement and a guaranteed return on investment. This together with our values is a major reason for our success. We are inspired to give our best and bring out the best in others. Our actions are fuelled by our inner strength and guided by our principles. We are innovative in that we are continuously looking for better ways to serve our clients. We are in-sync with our clients. We understand their needs and build lasting relationships.
