Sometimes, you might want to do something fun or important, but you can't because you are sick. This can make you feel incredibly sad or angry. But don't worry, there are ways to make yourself feel better and still do things you love. Here are some tips that I use:
Say how you feel: It's okay to feel bad when you can't do something because of your sickness. Don't hide or ignore your feelings but tell them to someone who cares about you. You can also write them down. Saying how you feel can help you let go of them and move on.
Be ready for change: Sometimes, not being able to do something because of sickness can be a good thing. It can make you try new things that you may not have thought of before. Be ready for change and try new things that come your way. You may find new things that you love, are good at, or want to do more than the ones you couldn't do.
Think about what you can do: Instead of thinking about what you can't do, think about what you can do. Look for things that are fun or interesting and that you can do with your sickness. For example, if you can't go to school or work, look for things you can learn or do online or at home. If you can't travel, look for things you can see or join on the internet. Thinking about what you can do can help you feel happier and hopeful.
Be proud of yourself: Sometimes, we forget or don't care about the things we do well because we look at other people or what we want to do and won’t be able to. But we should be proud of everything we do well, no matter how big or small. Being proud of yourself can help you feel more confident and excited. You can be proud by telling others or simply saying well done to yourself.
Ask for help: You don't have to deal with not being able to do something because of sickness by yourself. Ask for help from people who understand and love you. You can talk to your family or friends. You can also join groups or clubs of people who have the same sickness or like the same things as you. Asking for help can help you feel less alone and more supported.

Hi, friends! I’m so excited to share with you some of the amazing progress I’ve made in my journey as a motivational coach with MS. As you may know, MS is a chronic condition that affects the central nervous system and can cause various symptoms such as fatigue, pain, vision problems, and mobility issues. But I don’t let MS stop me from pursuing my passion of helping others achieve their goals and dreams.
One of the things that motivates me the most is seeing the positive impact that my coaching has on my clients. Hearing their feedback makes me feel so grateful and inspired.
I want to thank you all for being part of my community and for supporting me along the way. You are the reason I do what I do. You are the reason I wake up every morning with a smile on my face and a fire in my heart. You are the reason I keep going despite the challenges that MS brings.
If you are feeling stuck, lost, or unmotivated in your life, I want you to know that you are not alone. You have the power to change your situation and create the life you want. You just need to take the first step and reach out for help. I’m here for you and I would love to be your coach.
If you are interested in working with me, please send me a DM or visit my website (link in bio) to book a free discovery call. Let’s chat about your goals, challenges, and how I can help you achieve them. Don’t wait any longer. The time to act is now.
Remember: You are capable. You are worthy. You are enough.

To self-reflect effectively, you can follow these steps:
1) Set aside some time to be alone and quiet. You can use a journal, a voice recorder, or any other tool that helps you express yourself.
2) Ask yourself open-ended questions that challenge you to think deeply about your life. For example, you can ask: What did I do well today? What did I learn? How did I feel? What can I improve? What am I grateful for?
Be honest and compassionate with yourself. Don’t judge or criticize yourself but acknowledge your achievements and areas of improvement.
3) Act based on your reflections. Plan to apply what you learned, change what you don’t like, or celebrate what you love about yourself.
4) Self-reflection is not a one-time activity, but a habit that you can cultivate over time. By doing it regularly, you will discover new aspects of yourself and grow as a leader, a professional, and a human being.

You are not alone. You are not forgotten. You are not hopeless. You are not worthless. You are not broken. You are not defeated.
You are alive. You are brave. You are strong. You are resilient. You are powerful. You are victorious.
How do you know that? By looking within yourself. By discovering your true self. By loving your true self. By living your true self.
How do you do that? By finding joy in every day. By remembering the things and people that make you happy. By creating a space that reflects your personality and passion. By doing the things that make you feel alive and fulfilled.
How do you cope with the hardships of life? By facing them with courage and faith. By learning from them and growing from them. By focusing on the positive and letting go of the negative. By trusting in yourself.
Remember to have fun along the way. Laugh often, smile at every opportunity, dance freely, sing loudly, play wildly. Find beauty in every moment (however miniscule), gratitude in every blessing, hope in every dream you want to achieve.
You are amazing. You are enough. You are worthy. You are loved.
Let's chat about it and see if I can support you. :)
PS. That's my partner taking a picture of me in my office - surrounded by my favourite things, a dear loved one, mementos and achievements. It's filled with love and happiness. It was very funny and awkward xD
