For in person events especially in this whether one priority is making sure that the space is air conditioned and that there’s ample space to interact with the rest of the attendees.

For the students attending online the huge screen on site is there to make sure that you do not at any point in time feel neglected.

The huge whiteboard on site is for the maths questions that you will ask either online or at the venue.

A sneak peek into zi morning routine…
It’s no secret that your physical health has a HUGE impact on your mental well being. It is also definitely no secret that your mental well being has an even bigger impact on your academics.

Long story short, I used to be a gym freak… emphasis on the used to, hahaha. Nowadays I just do what I can to not feel like a blob.

My point is that, if you know well that your physical well being is not in check, then that should high key be a proper red flag. If the least you can do is walking or working while standing from time to time, then by all means, do that… I used to have a standing desk, that’s why I mentioned standing 🤣, so it’s just an example.

Talking about lockdown is low-key something that has expired right now however the consequences of what happened specifically in 2020 is something that the learners that were in Gr10 or Gr11 are still crying about.

For example, when schools slowly started to open, the matrics were the priority and other grades were low-key neglected for lack of a better word.

Some topics were skipped completely and in the following grades a lot is just assumed and only new work is taught without knowing that there is background information that is missing, of which a learner may not even be aware of that info that’s missing because they never learnt it anyways…

With all this being said, this grade 12 math study guide is set up in such a way that combats the problem mentioned above. It being published in the beginning on 2021 is a clear indicator that is was set up with the consequences of the lockdown in mind.

The free online orientation for the maths mentorship program is open to everyone starting today until further notice. The program itself which includes the 1 - 1 zoom sessions, group sessions, online courses etc is only available to 20 students that would be subscribed on a monthly basis.

The main idea behind the orientation is to emphasise that our goal is to make sure that you become more and more academically independent .

The online portion of the program is going to give you a comprehensive understanding of what the program is all about.

I can safely say that what we have planned for the students that sign up is genuinely speaking going to be life changing.

The program officially starts on the 10th of January and runs throughout the year. We will be assisting students in grade 11, 12 and learners that are upgrading their grade 12 marks.

Our main goal with the Mentorship Program is to help you sail through grade 12 without experiencing too many glitches.

The group sessions will mainly be used to touchbase on a weekly basis so that we can advise you on what you can do to stay on track with all your subjects and school in general.

There will be tutoring during those group sessions if needs be, however their main purpose will be to help you build your confidence as it is a huge part of what needs attention in order for you to excel academically.
