Fire safety isn't optional for food traders, but the training is hard to arrange.

All our SMMEs undergo Fire and First Aid training. It’s a day of lessons, and satisfaction of completing this mandatory requirement.

The highlight of the day was each SMME giving us insight into how they started, and what drives them.
