🍕Today, Letsibogo Primary School proudly celebrated Pizza Day, a joyful occasion that brought our learners together in a spirit of fun and camaraderie. The day was filled with engaging activities, including lively games, energetic dancing, and other entertaining experiences that created lasting memories.

The break from regular classroom routines added an extra layer of excitement, allowing learners to relax, bond, and enjoy themselves in a vibrant and festive atmosphere. It was truly a day of laughter, celebration, and community spirit, reflecting the school’s commitment to fostering both learning and enjoyment in equal measure.

Today, Letsibogo Primary School champion principal Mr Peter Powane had the honor of hosting Mr. Sello Ramong, Director of Employees Labour Relations Services (ELRS) in the province.

His visit brought valuable insights through a presentation on the Early Retirement Program (ERP) and Voluntary Early Retirement Program (VERP).

His presentation outlined:
🖊️ Promotion of entry for young talent into the public service and retainment of of critical skills,

🖊️ General requirements for qualifying candidates,

🖊️ He accentuated that the program is Voluntary,

This engagement reflects our commitment to supporting educators with knowledge, options, and pathways that safeguard both their well-being and the sustainability of our schools.

We thank Mr. Ramong for his leadership and for empowering our staff with clarity and guidance. At Letsibogo, every conversation is a step toward building a stronger, healthier education community.

The recent parents’ meeting was highly productive and conducted in a positive spirit. During the session, teachers presented learners’ academic results and engaged parents in meaningful discussions regarding intervention strategies to support learners who may require additional assistance. Parents were encouraged to take an active role in their children’s education, reinforcing the importance of collaboration between home and school.

In addition to academic matters, several other topics were addressed to ensure the holistic development of learners. These included discussions on school uniform standards, learner behavior and discipline, upcoming educational trips, and other initiatives aimed at fostering both academic and personal growth. The meeting highlighted the shared commitment of teachers and parents to work together in creating a supportive and nurturing environment for all learners.
